Ms. Sue
Owner/Director

A-2-Z was founded by director and head teacher, Ms. Sue Jennings, in 1991. Her lifelong daycare journey began when she was a young mother and created A-2-Z out of her own home. For two years she nurtured and taught young children like they were her own; her love for the business was no secret so her enrollment took off. Ms. Sue opened the doors to her first A-2-Z location in 1993 in Bergen County. She fostered the development of hundreds of children and many professionals for 17 years at that location.

Shortly after closing the doors to her first A-2-Z location, Ms. Sue moved to Warren County with her family. She took the role as a director at a well-respected, corporate childcare center for three years. During her time there, she missed the personal touch and individualized instruction a privately owned center offers children and their families. Ms. Sue knew in her heart she wanted to go back to the basics, and re-establish A-2-Z. Upon re-opening her doors in 2015, Ms. Sue devoted herself to an intimate and customized environment that she originally built her childcare foundation on; she knows every child and every family member that walks through her doors every day. After 34 years of dedication, Ms. Sue takes great pride in her establishment, all her staff members, and all children that are a part of the ever-growing A-2-Z family.
